It deals with topics of Personality and its different theories , Perception and Attributes-factors and perceptual process , Learning –it four model of how learning occurs and its impact on individual behavior, Attitudes and Values – components, formation and ways of changing attitudes and job satisfaction model.

The second section also deals with Motivation of employees and its theories , Applied motivation practices like rewards, job design, empowerment etc.

The third sections deals with topics like work stress and a model of occupational stress, Group dynamics and Team dynamics which has impact on OB, Power and Politics and Conflicts and Negotiation, Leadership and Communication are also discussed .

The fourth sections deals with organizations and different types of organizational design, Organizational cultural , creativity and innovation which influences organizational behavior.
