  • One of the major differences between the Trello tool and the todoist tool is the user interface. In the Trello tool, the Kanban board is used to manage project activities and tasks. When any task is currently going, it will display in the progress column, and once it is completed, the task will move to the done column. Trello uses this traditional approach for managing the tasks. In the Trello tool, the search bar is present at the top of the screen, and when the user types any task name, the suggestions start to display just like in Google browser. By this user can select the results accordingly. On the other hand, a different search option is present in the todoist tool. As there is a large list of the task, the approach for displaying result is different. When the user type ‘no due date,’ then the task list is displayed that has no due date. The search bar uses the natural language for search.
  • The other difference between the two is the functionality of mobile phones. The Todoist is a more powerful tool compared to the Trello tool when the comparison is made on the basis of mobile functionality. In the todoist tool, the user can do quick navigation among tasks and can easily search in the application. The new task addition is also simple in the todoist tool. The interface offered by the todoist tool is very elegant and similar to desktop applications.
