  • They also help shape the American and world economies, manage mergers of multibillion-dollar corporations, and handle the privatization of government assets worldwide.

Investment banker’s core activities would involve:-

  • Spending time in the office to develop strategies for the clients
  • Preparing financial analyses and Financial Modeling
  • They are working with their banks’ sales forces to sell the bonds and stocks created by the investment banking department’s activities.
  • Pitch different ideas to different clients, or they need to examine the companies’ facilities being purchased by their clients.
