The second gate of Mehrangarh Fort still exhibits the marks of cannonball raids by Jaipur’s soldiers. The fort boasts elegantly tiled windows, sturdy construction, carved panels, and walls decorated with Moti, Phool, and Sheesh Mahal.

#2 Khejarla Fort

Nestled in a rural setting 85 kilometres from the nearest major city, the 400-year-old Khejarla Fort stands. The majestic red sandstone edifice, which is now a hotel, is an excellent example of Rajput architecture. The beautiful landscapes, latticework friezes, and ornate Jharokas of the fort captivate visitors.

#3 Moti Mahal

The Moti Mahal is the Pearl Hall, as the name implies, where the royal family convened. It has glass windows and five books where the queens could hear what was going on at the Srinagar Chowki, or Jodhpur’s Royal Throne. It is the best Tourist Places in Jodhpur.

#4 Phool Mahal

The Phool Mahal, or Flower Hall, is the most expensive of the palace’s halls, as its name suggests. This hall served as the Maharajas’ pleasure dome. The gold utilized in the construction of the Taj Mahal was sourced from Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

#5 Ranisar Padamsar

The Ranisar Padamsar Lakes were constructed in the vicinity of the Fateh Pole, located in Mehrangarh, in the year 1459. Queen Jasmade Hadi, Rao Jodha’s wife, directed the construction of Ranisar Lake, whereas Queen Padmini of Rao Ganga, Rana Sanga of Mewar, ordered the construction of Padmasar Lake.

#6 Mandore

Mandore, Marwar’s medieval capital, has a location north of Jodhpur. This area is historically notable since it contains cenotaphs of Jodhpur’s former rulers. Unlike the conventional chhatri-shaped cenotaphs of Rajasthan, this one is modelled after Hindu temples.

#7 Machiya Safari Park

On the way to Jaisalmer, this park is around a kilometer from Kailana Lake. It is possible to go bird watching here, and it also has deer, desert foxes, monitor lizards, blue bulls, hares, wild cats, mongooses, and monkeys. The park also boasts spectacular sunset views.

#8 Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park

A trip to the Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park will provide you with an insight into the plant life that grows along Rajasthan’s rocky roads. A park was built in 2006 to restore the ecology of the marsh surrounding Mehrangarh Fort. There are numerous rare cactus kinds and other floral species here.

#9 Umaid Bhawan Palace

A visit to Jodhpur would be incomplete until you saw the exquisite Umaid Bhawan Palace. Maharaja Umaid Singh erected this palace in 1929, and it is one of the world’s largest private homes. The royal house, a luxury hotel, and a family museum are the only parts of the palace that are open to the public. The large collection of keepsakes in the museum will take you through the fascinating history of the Jodhpur monarchy in the twentieth century.

#10 Guda Village

Guda is a settlement in the Bishnoi region. It is home to a wide variety of distinct wildlife and natural wonders. Thousands of migrating birds in the area call it home. The Demoiselle crane is often seen frolicking in the lake. Antelopes and black bucks are also prevalent in the vicinity of the pond. This is a must-see for nature enthusiasts.
