What is LLB?

LLB is an undergraduate law course. Many colleges in India now offer this subject. The duration of this course is three years, while the time for the integrated circuits is five years. To gain admission to national law schools, you must take the CLAT or Common Law Admission Test. This examination, like any other general knowledge exam, tests your legal understanding, logical abilities, available English, and so on.

LLB Course

LLB courses in India should have accreditation from the Bar Council of India (BCI). Candidates who have finished their degree course in any topic can apply for LLB. If, after completing the course, one wishes to pursue a profession in law, there is a standard eligibility exam by the Bar Council of India known as the All India Bar Examination or AIBE. Career aspirants must pass the exam.

There are six semesters in the course. During the first few months, the system will cover the fundamentals of the law. It then proceeds to specific topics such as constitutional law, family law, jurisprudence, IPC, CrPC, contract law, etc.

To obtain the certificate, law students must do internships at reputable firms or participate in training programs at the end of the course. In such classes, real-life experience is just as important as academic knowledge.

In addition to the three-year and five-year integrated programs, several nations offer a four-year LLB program. Such courses will include a mix of subjects from several modules. However, a four-year LLB curriculum is uncommon in India.
