He has explained quiet well on Business case, Service portfolio and BRM and emphasized on value which is most important parameter as a service provider. I liked most important point about utility and warranty which clearly distinguish between what do you mean by fit for purpose and fit for use. Value is collection of utility and warranty which clearly explains performance and serviceability.
