#2 Charminar

The Charminar, located in Secunderabad, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city. Muhammad Quli Qutb Shah, the fifth ruler of the Qutb Shahi dynasty, built this imposing structure in 1591 to commemorate the founding of Hyderabad. The Charminar is a square structure with each side measuring 20 meters and four grand arches that support a central dome. The intricate stonework makes the monument adorable and declared as a heritage site by the Archaeological Survey of India.
