- Compatibility: As of now, no international standard has set device compatibility. This may create a problem connecting home-based appliances with laptops and mobile phones. For example, Apple devices do not connect with other companies devices.
- Complexity: Any interruption in the connectivity would be problematic since everything depends on IOT technology only.
- Unemployment: The increased reliance on technology for various tasks may result in a reduced demand for a human workforce, potentially leading to unemployment.
