The program was decent to view and allowed me to learn more about the TQM process. There were good videos, with good learning and the core of the message is worth the price. If you know your Six Sigma, you might get value from half of the course, but it is still worth it for me.

The course is divided into 8 sections and the last one is based on real cases. I do recommend this course especially for beginners.
