Course Description:

Six Sigma’s Green belt course extensively covers aspects of DMAIC using quantitative and graphical tools which are integral to Six Sigma’s DMAIC framework implementation. It covers different tools and techniques necessary for implementation of each component of DMAIC (design, measures, analyze, improve, and control phases) framework such as voice of customers (VoC), critical path methods, MSA, design of experiments, kaizen, poka-yoke, waste reduction and so on. This course imparts detailed training and implementation of DMAIC framework using statistical techniques and statistical formulae which are in-built into MS Excel

• Intermediate understanding of MS Excel formulae and add-ins would be very useful

• Prior understanding of Six sigma’s white and yellow belt is required
