“This is a wonderful course to understand how an investment bank makes a sales pitch in order to procure new business. There are invariably three type of pitch books which are prepared. First is Overview Pitch book i.e. in which overview of the investment bank, the deals which have been managed by the bank , the number of employees it has. Another kind is Deal Pitch Book- which can be a Buy M&A pitch , Sell M&A pitch , or an IPO/QPO etc. The third kind is of Management Pitch Book. The two case studies included in the course gives a very good idea about how to create an effective Pitch Book.
