“The skills and guidelines for group discussion are flexibility, assertiveness, leadership, reasoning ability, creativity etc. This course covered the qualities of a good team player such as encouraging others to participate, respecting others' opinion, etc. It also stressed the importance of awareness and to provide equal opportunities for everyone. The Dos of a GD are to speak clearly, maintaining eye contact disagree politely etc. The Don'ts of a GD are to not become emotional, deviate from the topic, dominate the discussion etc.
